 How to find the serial number of your Meihua product? 

The serial number of your Meihua product can be found on the product packaging label. If you still have the packaging, you can locate the 16-digit serial number under the barcode, following the characters "SN".

For the home version vpn router, you can also find the serial number on the label at the bottom of the device.

If you have lost the packaging and label, don't worry, you can still retrieve the serial number by following these instructions:

1. Find serial number for VPN Router:
   1. Power on your MEIHUA VPN Router and connect a computer or mobile phone to the Meihua’s Wi-Fi.
   2. Open a browser and enter 192.168.101.1 in the address bar.
      
      
      
      
   3. Log in with password "admin".
   4. Click on "Advanced settings" and then "VPN" in the left menu.
      
      
      
      
   5. The serial number is displayed in the "VPN Information" section.
      
      
      
      
      
2. Find serial number for VPN Dongle:
   1. Power on your MEIHUA VPN Dongle and connect a computer or mobile phone to the product’s Wi-Fi.
   2. Open a browser and enter 192.168.101.1 in the address bar.
      
      
      
      
   3. Click on "About" and the serial number can be found in the displayed information.
