If the
default language of your VPN Router configuration interface is in Chinese, ask a
Chinese friend to help you to switch it into English according to the following
instructions:
“Pending” status means your credit card company or bank has not approved your payment and the payment will not be charged.
Please reconfirm your credit/debit card number, verification code and expiration dates are entered correctly, or the balance on the card is sufficient, etc.
In some cases this may be because the payment you made was unfamiliar to the credit card company/bank, try another credit/debit card or contact your credit card company/bank and ask them to approve the payment.
There are multiple reasons for the VPN Dongle not to be able to bind the surrounding Wi-Fi. Reasons and resolutions are:
1.Password input error – Please check the password of the surrounding Wi-Fi and try again;
2.Signal interference issue caused by multiple Wi-Fi hotspots in the area – Try another place;
3.Cannot find Wi-Fi signal in 5G Hz band – Our VPN Dongle only supports 2.4G Hz band Wi-Fi;
4.MAC address filtering function is enabled in the surrounding Wi-Fi – Cancel MAC address filtering function or add this Travel USB device’s MAC address to the list;
5.The name or password of the surrounding Wi-Fi contains un-supported characters – Try to bind another Wi-Fi hotspot, or, if It's a Wi-Fi at home or in your office, change the name and password to letters only.
To reset the VPN Dongle, please refer to the following steps:
1, From [download here] download the required reset file;
2, Insert the VPN Dongle into the power supply USB port. As soon as the blue indicator light start to flash quickly, Unplug it;
3, Plug it back into the power supply USB port again. A Wi-Fi named RECOVERY-XXXX appears while the blue light flash slowly;
4, Connect your computer or mobile phone to the RECOVERY-XXXX, open a browser to visit http://192.168.101.Select the reset file you just downloaded, upload it and click “Continue”. The VPN Dongle will be reset. Do not disconnect the power during the reset process;
5, After the reset is competed, all settings are restored to factory setting. Please use the default password of “12345678” to connect to MEIHUA-XXXX.
Method 1: Use a thin object to press the reset button on the bottom of the VPN Router for 10 seconds to reset it.
Method 2: Reset the VPN Router by upload a reset file:
1, Download a reset file from [download here] to your computer;
2, Press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the router, then power on the router. Keep pressing the reset button for 10 seconds until the indicator light of the router is stable;
3, Connect the computer to the LAN1 port of the router via a network cable, set the IP address of the computer to be 192.168.101.2/255.255.255.0;
4, Open a browser to visit http//:192.168.101.1. Select the reset file you just downloaded, upload it and click “Continue”. Do not disconnect the power during the reset process.
After the reset is completed, all are restored to the factory setting.
1, Make sure your Wi-Fi router is working properly;
2, Check if the indicator light of the
blue WAN port is constantly on;
3, Check
and make sure both ends of the cable are firmly plugged. One head of the
cable is plugged into the WAN port of the MEIHUA VPN Router, the other head is
plugged into the LAN port of the former one.
Red indicator light
flashing slowly indicates the service has expired and needs to be recharged. Go
to "recharge" page of this website to recharge and continue
the service.
Note: After the recharge
is completed, the system will automatically update within 5 minutes. The red
indicator light stops flashing. Functions resume to be normal. If you encounter
any exceptions, you can try to power off and restart the device.
Connect your computer or mobile phone to MEIHUA VPN device (default Wi-Fi name is MEIHUA-XXXX, password is 12345678), and then open http://192.168.101.1 in the browser.
For VPN Router:
1, Enter the administrator password to log in (the default password is “admin” ).
2, In the menu, choose "Advance-VPN" . The expiration date follows with "VPN Valid Thru"
For VPN Dongle:
Click on “About” in the interface. The expiration date is following "VPN Valid Thru".

follow the instructions to recharge your MEIHUA VPN device.
Even your MEIHUA VPN device is out of service,
you can still visit our official website (us.meihuavpn.com, www.meihuavpn.com) to complete the service
recharge at any time by setting up your MEIHUA VPN device to normal use and
connecting to internet through your MEIHUA VPN device.
Use browser to visit http://192.168.101.1 and log in with default user ID of admin and password of admin. Use “Network – Base Network”, Internet Connection --> Protocol, Choose PPPoE or Static
